The Government Administrator by Eggs, released on Hemiola in 1993. As with the vast majority of the music that I love, I have to posthumously thank St John Peel for the privilege of enabling me and countless thousands of my ilk to listen to such wonders. As many of the comments on youtube testify, this track is (almost) right up there with I Suck by New Bad Things.
